Woelk's House of Diamonds and The Kitchen Vault accepts merchandise for exchange or store credit within 21 days of purchase.  Cash or credit refunds will not be granted.
Merchandise returned for store credit must be unaltered in any way and returned in the same condition as received

Layaway Refund:
Refunds on layaway merchandise will be given within 0 days of the deposit date. After 10 days no refund or credit card credit will be given.
Colored gemstone enhancement disclosure

Gemstones:
Purchasers of colored gemstones should be aware that natural gemstones are processed from the time they are extracted from the earth by one or more traditionally accepted trade practices.


All colored gemstones listed on the front of this sales slip have probably been subject to stable and possibly undetectable enhancement process.  All relevant information will be provided to the best of our knowledge. Prevailing market values are based on these universally practiced and accepted processes by the gem and jewelry trade.

Returning Your Purchase

You can return the product to us in-store or return it to us by mail at your own expense.
We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. If you elect not to purchase insurance, you are liable for any and all damages. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our store. Please pack returns in the original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives at our store in good condition.
